Services

Individual and couples counseling are provided. Focus on trauma treatment for individuals who have experienced abuse (spiritual, physical, sexual and emotional abuse) who may have struggles with anxiety and depression.  Couples counseling for those couples seeking to address communication issues, tensions and boundary issues. 

Therapeutic modalities provided are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR/Attachment EMDR and the Developmental/Attachment Model for couples therapy. 

Fees

• $100.00/hour per session. 

At this time, I do not take insurance. To bill insurance, I will need to diagnose you and it is up to insurance companies to decide whether or not your diagnosis meets their requirements for reimbursement. This means that they can ask me to justify your need for treatment as “medical necessity”. Using insurance often means multiple people have access to your chart and including conversations.

If you would like, I can give what is called a “superbill” that can be self submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. This is an option many people exercise that is frequently accepted by HSA’s, traditional insurance , and health share ministries.

Many people do not have the option to refrain from using insurance due to financial constraints. If this is the case, please give me a call to discuss possible options or referral.
